Since our founding, TelPlexus has offered our customers assistance with the Rural Development Utilities Program (RDUP) or RUS loan program. The program provides loans for the construction, improvement and acquisition of facilities and equipment to provide broadband services to eligible rural communities. This program offers three types of loans: direct cost-of-money, direct four percent, and private lender.

TelPlexus has been involved with the independent and cooperative markets of the communications industry since its inception, offering assistance with RUS and RDUP as well as the Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications Information Administration’s program. We are proud to be a part of these wonderful programs, as they facilitate the expansion of broadband telecommunication services to rural America. As a testament to our dedication to this market, our managers have on average more than 20 years of RUS-related experience.

As a direct result of our experience, TelPlexus has engineered some of the most notable RUS-funded projects in the country. TelPlexus has witnessed a great deal of success in assisting an array of independent communications companies and cooperatives when applying for federal loans. In addition to providing our services in the pre-loan process, we also provide our services during the post-loan phase and the implementation of those loan funds.
